Compliances

Security & Compliance.

How we handle data, secure the platform, and align with industry-standard practices.

Data Privacy

We collect only the tenant and end-customer data each Authify product needs to function, and never sell it to third parties.

  • Data is scoped per tenant and isolated from other tenants at the application layer.
  • Customers can request export or deletion of their account data.
  • We do not use verification data for advertising or profiling.

Platform Security

Every connection to Authify — dashboard, API, and public verification pages — is encrypted in transit via TLS/HTTPS.

  • Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text.
  • Two-factor authentication is available for team accounts.
  • Access to production systems is limited to authorized team members.

Availability & Backups

Tenant data is backed up on a regular schedule, and our infrastructure is monitored to catch and resolve issues quickly.

  • Automated, scheduled database backups.
  • Uptime and error monitoring across all products.
  • Incidents affecting customer data are disclosed to affected tenants.

Standards Alignment

We build our security and data-handling practices in line with widely recognized industry frameworks as the company grows.

  • Practices modeled on common data-protection principles (data minimization, purpose limitation, right to deletion).
  • Formal third-party certifications (e.g. ISO 27001, SOC 2) are on our roadmap as we scale — reach out for our current status.
